Meg was born and raised in Southern California, where she began her dance training at age 6. She danced competitively for 6 years, winning numerous awards, training under Laura Russom, Lissa Johnson, Bobby Amamizu, and many more. In high school, Meg was part of the Northwood Dance Theater being its Co-Captain her senior year and also being involved in Northwood Song for 3 years leading one season as competition captain. She has specialized in the styles of ballet, jazz, tap, modern, hip hop, lyrical and contemporary. Currently, she is studying dance at the University of California, Irvine, working towards her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree (BFA) in Dance Performance as well as a BFA in Dance Choreography. She studies under world renowned professors such as Tong Wang, Diane Diefenderfer, Molly Lynch, Chad Michael Hall, and Saleemah E. Knight, and is pursuing a professional dance career. She has a strong passion for teaching and sharing her knowledge of dance, which motivates her to share this beautiful art form of dance with her students!
